What we collect
This site collects NO personally identifiable information (PII). The screener collects: service era (checkbox), discharge character (dropdown), claimed conditions (picklist), and prior-denial (yes/no). No name, Social Security Number, VA file number, date of birth, or address is collected, stored, or transmitted by this site. PII handling occurs only through your VSO after you initiate a handoff.
Purpose
Screener input is used solely to generate a list of topics to discuss with your accredited VSO. It is processed in your browser and not stored on our servers. VSO handoff requests transmit only: your chosen contact method (as you typed it), your screener topic list, consent version, and timestamp.
Routine uses
We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your information. We do not use your information for advertising. VSO handoff information is transmitted only to the VSO you selected.
Voluntariness
Use of this site is entirely voluntary. No information is required to access the screener. Providing contact information for a VSO handoff is optional and revocable.
Consent and revocation
Certain features (VSO handoff) require explicit consent. Consent is never pre-checked. To revoke consent or request deletion of any transmitted handoff record, contact: vsotimothychandlermcl@gmail.com (for VSO handoff records).
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use third-party cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics services that collect personal data. No cross-site tracking occurs.
Changes to this notice
